Fun on the beach

The Noosa weather wasn't what were hoping for but it was still warm enough to go to the beach and have fun in the water. Daisy loved the surf and got pretty good at body surfing. Hugo had a go at body surfing on Scott's back but I didn't manage to get a pic of that.

It's very wet in Queensland. The weather was so bad we got diverted to Brisbane airport after we tried to land at maroochydore. So we're heading up the coast by bus in the rain. We've got our fingers crossed for some beach weather.

Rainy walk

We set off for a rainy walk complete with rain coats and wellies, then the sun came out just in time. This is the Yarra - never seen it so full.

Hugo arrived in the kitchen adorned with lipstick texture blue crayon, declaring he was a tiger. (There was quite a lot more up his arms on further investigation). He's on the phone to Grandma.

I followed the trail back to his drawing in the lounge.
