Face painting

I finally gave in to Daisy's face painting requests. If you can guess what she is, you can take her for a walk...

Gardening

Scott spent last weekend doing a bit of gardening. He's dug up the old flower bed infront of our decking (which didn't seem to have anything interesting growing in it) to make room for our table. It's now much more inviting to go outside to eat and it leaves the deck clear for Daisy and Hugo to play.

Bouncing

Everyone enjoyed a session bouncing on Nana's bed at Claire's 2nd birthday party.

New bike and pictures

Daisy got a bicycle as an early birthday present from Grand, who is visiting us at the moment. Here she is at the end of her 5km cycle to the zoo.

A package arrived in the post from Grandma today. In it were some highlighters, which was particularly exciting because she always wants to use ours, and some blue glue. She immediately set to work creating a picture of her new bike.

Hugo sees sand

We went to Noosa in Queensland for a few days with my Dad and escaped the (not particularly) cold weather in Melbourne. Hugo got his first go on the beach. He seemed pretty keen on the sand.

and even more keen on the water.

I keep forgetting that I can't turn the videos round, so sorry this one is on its side.Posted by Picasa

And everyone enjoyed a dig in the sand.

Daisy in the surf

Daisy enjoying the surf with me.

And out having an early morning frisbee session with Scott.

And some lovely photos of Daisy
